Project 4 - Contrast and Balance

In this project, we walked down town to take pictures. We had to take pictures of contrast in scale, color, value, texture and shape, plus radial balance, symmetrical balance and asymmetrical balance. We also edited some of our photos in a special way to create kaleidoscopes. Enjoy!

Project #3 - Final Color Grids and Photos

In this project, I took photos at the Portland Farmers Market downtown. We got there right after they finished but I still got quite a few cool pictures as they cleaned up. These photos all show color combinations. My favorite were the complementary and mood photos. I also made some really cool grids in this project. The one of the peppers I especially like. Enjoy!

Best Pictures from Project 2

I took most of these photos from my house because I was not really inspired during the walking field trip. Most of the photos I took on automatic mode, but for a few of them I messed around with the manual settings. During this project, I learned how to frame and compose my photos. I also got practice using Adobe Lightroom. The photos That I chose are my favorite because they turned out the best or looked really cool after editing. Enjoy!

This is a poster of the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design. In the middle there is a description/definition of the element or principle. My Summer

The Best thing I did this summer was watch the eclipse. It was super cool to see the moon go in front of the sun and it was the quickest minute 40 seconds of my life.
